
This Nonya dessert has no eggs in it, so vegetarians can enjoy it too. It is made mostly from sweet potatoes, tapioca flour, sugar with no artificial colouring.

Aromatic palm sugar syrup is used to make the base of this kueh before spreading the chendol on the top layer. The two ingredients blend together for a mouthwatering kueh.

This is a glutinous rice parcel where the rice is coloured with a natural blue pea flower. As this dessert tends to be quite filling, it can also be eaten during breakfast or tea.
